HAM N’ EGG ROLLS

3 thick slices black forest ham
1 cup cream cheese
½ cup grated cheddar
2 boiled eggs, quartered

Whip cream cheese until light. Add grated cheddar and mix. Lay ham flat. Put a couple of egg quarters on one end of the ham slice and dab some whipped cream cheese on top. Roll as an egg roll, tucking the sides into the center and rolling until you get a fat cigar shape. Secure with toothpicks if necessary until served.
