NIPPY CHEESE SPREAD 100 g Schneider’s Old Nippy Cheddar Cheese 3 tbsp. Nutter’s Salad Dressing 3 tsp. extra hot horse radish 250 g pkg. cream cheese pinch of garlic powder to taste Cube cheddar cheese and place in food processor or blender, add Nutter’s Salad Dressing and run until smooth. Add horse radish, cream cheese and garlic. Process until smooth and creamy. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers. Also makes an excellent stuffing for mushroom caps.
