1 cup organic black rice
1 3/4 cup water
1. Combine 1 3/4 cups water, 1 cup of rice and a pinch of salt in a pot.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for a few minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
