Keto Trail Mix


  • 1/2  cup pecans (whole or halves)
  • 1/2  cup macadamia nuts
  • 1/2  cup walnuts (whole or halves)
  • 1/2  cup almonds (whole or slices)
  • 1/2  cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2  cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2  cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2  cup unsweetened coconut (large chips)
  • 1/2  cup moon cheese


  1. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and store in Zip lock bags, Mason jars or tupperware containers for on the go.
  2. This trail mix is full of healthy fats but just be mindful and eat in moderation. This is perfect energy snack for heading out on those hikes.
