Keto Trail Mix
- 1/2 cup pecans (whole or halves)
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup walnuts (whole or halves)
- 1/2 cup almonds (whole or slices)
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Lily’s dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut (large chips)
- 1/2 cup moon cheese
- Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and store in Zip lock bags, Mason jars or tupperware containers for on the go.
- This trail mix is full of healthy fats but just be mindful and eat in moderation. This is perfect energy snack for heading out on those hikes.
