Peanut Butter & Banana Protein Snack Bites


  • 1 mashed banana (ripe to overripe)
  • heaping 1/4 cup -1/3 cup peanut butter of choice (up to you how much you want to use)
  • 1 cup regular rolled oats (gluten-free if necessary)
  • 1/4 cup or more sultana raisins
  • handful mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder



  1. Mashed banana in a bowl.
  2. Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix well.
  3. Roll into balls and place on a plate.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. Store bites in airtight container in the refrigerator (or even freeze them!).
