Potassium Pow! Strawberry Smoothie


2 1/2 cups strawberries
1/4 cup strawberry nectar
1 pitted peach
1 cup low-fat plain or strawberry yogurt
1 cup ice
1 cup vanilla soy milk (add 1/4 cup if no nectar used)


1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth or desired texture.

TIP: When a recipe calls for ice cubes, try substituting frozen juice cubes instead.
