Unlike our customers who make a purchase from our store after seeing or holding our product, our online customers don’t have that option before purchasing an item. Due to this, our Return & Exchange policy differs for purchases made online.
IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Within 7 days of your purchase, you may return any items that are in resalable condition, meaning the item is unused, unopened and unaltered with original receipt, with the exception of reproducible material or CDs, for a complete refund. A complete refund will only be processed in-store within 7 days of purchase, provided the original receipt is present. We understand that life gets busy, so you can return an item for in-store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt which must be present. All items must be in resalable condition, meaning the item is unused, unopened and unaltered. Some items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, at our discretion, which will be deducted from your refund or in-store credit.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE
Gift cards can be issued for in-store exchange only and have no cash back or refund value. Some items may not be returnable, such as special orders, personalized items, etc. All reproducible books or reproducible material are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or returned for in-store — NO EXCEPTIONS! No returns can be made on sale items as all sales are final, whether in-store or online. All special orders and personalization items are also considered final sales. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the purchase.
